A LOVING FATHER
Loving Father,
I am no longer worthy to be called Your child,
I've sinned against You, I've hurt You,
All that You have given to me, I've squandered them all.
Loving Father,
I am hurt and alone now,
My clothes are dirty, I don't have food to eat.
I am suffering because of my arrongance.
Loving Father,
Please forgive me,
I wanna come to you and beg for mercy.
I am sorry for what I've done, for hurting my Father.
Now I want to return to You,
I know I am no longer worthy to be Your child.
Please accept me even as Your servant,
It would make me happy to feel You again.
What is this Father? why are You embracing me?
Why are You crying? why are smiling?
Are those tears, those tears of joy?
Why are you kissing me, I am dirty?
Despite all the wrong things I've done,
You still love me, patiently waiting for my return.
Happy to see me still alive, rejoicing for me.
Loving Father, I cannot measure Your love!
Father I love You, and I thank You.
Be always with me. For I am secured in Your loving arms!
