- Hi Bro.Froilan!
I just want to share with you one of the many experiences of how my prayers are answered by the Lord in a way that had changed the course of my life..our lives.
Just a few months back, I was very excited to partner with a business associate on a project which I may say a 'dream business' for me.At first everything looks very promising...i made plans, shared my knowledge with all sincerity.Slowly as days, weeks and months progress decisions changed from time to time...things that were unexpected happened one after another and so the project was delayed.One day I got a text message that I was being asked for an urgent meeting.That meeting closed the door of any hopes and enthusiasm I hold in my heart.I felt bad, stayed home for several days...during that time I just kept still and listened to what God have to say about everything.
You see, I had been praying for this since 2002...long story to tell.Now that I can almost taste it, God put a halt to everything.
All the delays are blessing in disguise, had I pursued it, I could had not seen other doors of opportunities. If I just hurried bec. of my plans, I could have lost
something very good at this time. I am taking a new direction in my work now.
Now I understand, God doesn't want me to have less than what He wants me to receive and have.His plans are far more greater for me...not just to satisfy my needs and hearts desire but to be a channel of His abundant blessings to others.
I learned to pray for specific needs or desires and when there are not enough words to express how I felt,I just stood still and wait on Him.Many times, He is very quiet bec. what He gives is His comforting love.There are times when He brings people whom He directs right to my path to guide me along the way or help me with my need.
There are also times when I know in my heart that He already answered my prayers...then I claim it happening and say my thanksgiving prayer.
I praise and thank the Lord for His guidance and constant presence in my life.
Never was a need unmet when I trust in Him completely.
When I fear, I trust God and just let go.
I shared this experience bec. I know the fears, frustrations and anxieties that goes with a plan you hoped for to work out.As you pray with your wife for this, give it to the Lord to lead and guide you...to a better understanding and agreement on what is most important to both of you.
May God comfort and strengthen both of you.May He be gracious unto you and guide you in which way to go.

The book is about 150 pages with product dimensions of about 8.2 x 5.2 x 0.3 inches. It's a daily devotional encounter with Christ. It's like God is the first one talking to you before you start your day.
