RoLWCC Community Song

Lord You've always been beside us
Showing us what we must do
When the road we take seems narrow
You'll be there to guide us through

Then once we felt a message
To take the other way
Didn't know where it would lead to
But somehow You led the way

Then one day, You gathered us
To bow our heads and pray
Then you suddenly revealed to us
The role we're about to play

You called us Rivers of Living Water
Gathered to worship and to praise
Spreading Your love in endless ways
You called us Rivers of Living Water
Helping Your children find their way back to You

We have grown to understand You
As our Father and our Friend
We will try to be Your servants
'Til the very, very end

We'll continue singing praises
Healing those who lost their way
You will be our Guide and Shepherd
Quenching thirst for You each day

'Coz one day, You gathered us
To bow our heads and pray
Then you suddenly revealed to us
The role we're about to play

You called us Rivers of Living Water
Gathered to worship and to praise
Spreading Your love in endless ways
You called us Rivers of Living Water
Helping Your children find their way back to You

Helping Your children find their way back to You

THE CHOICE...At first, the Israelites were a nomadic people. They move from place to place: where there was pasture there they pitched their tents. But their lives changed dramatically when they started living permanently in a particular place: finally, after forty years of traveling through the desert, folded their tents, built houses for themselves, and began owning more and various properties. More importantly, whereas their security used to be in belonging to a group of travelers, they gradually found their identity in being a nation. These things happened, however, not during Moses’ leadership, but during Joshua’s....read more...
And the River Flows... AN IMPERFECT STATE It’s been three weeks since my daddy passed away. Everything happened so quickly. For a week he was confined at the Medical City. When he was discharged, we really thought he’d be okay. Two days later, he had to be admitted to the hospital again, this time, at the Lung Center. And then it became worse. He was admitted at the Lung Center on a Monday. By Wednesday, the doctor already told us that he only had two weeks to live. We were in denial. We did not want to believe what the doctor told us. My dad had cancer, what kind—nobody could really tell us at that time. He needed a biopsy, but he was too weak to undergo one.....read more...

" Kung Kailan ako mahina , Doon ako malakas "

Once i have heard this passage from the readings when i attended a mass, and i wonder why ? How calm ?

Continue

CIRCULAR TO: ALL PARISH PRIESTS/SHRINE RECTORS/CHAPLAINS AND SCHOOL DIRECTORS ( SUBJECT: ORATIO IMPERATA/INTERCESSORY PRAYERS FOR RAIN)

People tasked with managing our water/power resources have warned that we face drought and shortage of water because of El Niño
phenomenon. Our relief will come from nature. And so we implore the
Master of all creation, God, our Father, at whose command the winds and
the seas obey, to send us rain and ease the drought.

We are sending you the intentions to be inserted into the Daily and Sunday Prayers of the Faithf

GOD, DID I JUST SEE YOU?

GOD, DID I JUST SEE YOU?

Did I just see God on my neighbor?

Did I just see Him today?

Was He the one there standing still,

Are those His eyes looking straight at me?

A little sacrifice,

A simple offering,

What do You need of me?

Great things start from little things,

You want to enter my life,

To become my whole life.

You do not need extravagant things,

You just need my

This is the last stretch for the love month. Let's offer to God. our greatest Valentine, our hearts and strong feelings for Him!(^_^)

STRONG FEELINGS

What is this strong attraction!
What is this sense of longing!
What is this deep desire!
I wanna be near You!

What is this shallow breathing!
What is this sense of excitement!
What is this fast heartbeating!

A QUESTION OF THE HEART

A QUESTION OF THE HEART

Why does my heart sings songs of love to You?
I couldn't explain how You captured me,
All I know is I'm created to love You,
From now on until eternity.

Why does my soul rejoices upon hearing You?
When I see Your smile, I felt so amazed and mesmerized,
O God, You fulfill all my longings, and desires!
You alone I adore, I shall not want anything else!

You are teaching me, healing me,… Continue

HOW CAN I FIND YOU, GOD

Feeling distress right now, all I can do is to pray to God to take away my pain, "Lord, let me find You"

HOW CAN I FIND YOU, GOD

Lord, I'm still searching for You,
I can't just go on with this life,
If I can't see You,
You're all I ever wanted,
I ever needed,
Let Your face shine upon me,
That I may behold Your beauty,

Its hard, the pain,
Yet, all I can do,… Continue

I LOVE YOU

This poem was inspired from the conversation between Jesus and Peter, when Jesus asked Peter thrice how much he loves Him. I also remember Moses, when God asked Him to lead the Israelite on the desert.

I LOVE YOU

"Do you love Me?" asked the Lord,

And I said, "Yes, I love You."

"Will you follow Me?" asked the Lord.

And I said, "Yes, I'll follow You."

"Would you do great… Continue
